Countdown to Cruise

Places to go, things to do...

In just 25  short days we'll be flying to Fort Lauderdale to take our cruise on Allure of the Seas to the Eastern Caribbean! But in the meantime, April's calendar is booked almost solid with appts., events, dinners and other fun stuff. I think its time to utilize my great list-making skills and get organized.Today's main goal is to get our tax forms in the mail. You'd think with all the time I have at home they'd be completed by now but no and that's because I'm still a world-class procrastinator.

These are a few of my favorite things...

 

It's a stormy day in March so I'm dreaming about some of my favorite things. My most recent find is Coconut Body Butter from Trader Joe's. Just one whiff of this creamy concoction transports me to a tropical beach.Think "Pink Sands" in Bermuda, turquoise water in St.John or a shell laden beach in Sanibel. Ahhh!

I've been thinking...

about how much I dislike the term "bucket list".  So, I've decided to create my own kind of bucket but it will be the type that is chock full of wonderful experiences and memories shared with those I love and it has nothing to do with "kicking it". I have a couple of those events planned already which include our trip to St. John, USVI while on our Allure cruise and a visit to Discovery Cove in Orlando in October.

I'm counting the days and making the days count!
